A Little Bit About Me
Assalamu'aikum. I admit that I could do better, it gets so easy to NOT focus as a single person. I get that attraction between m/w more than likely comes first, however I'm interested in knowing the deeper parts, because really anyone can appear nice in photos.

I'm an artist, I also write. In fact I'm very creative.
I'm a military veteran, nearing my retirement in less than two years. I'm a parent/friend to three adults.

I have vitiligo. It's not a disease, instead, its auto-immune. It's not contagious at all. One is either born with it or not.

Having Vitiligo means that from time to time, parts of my skin loses it's color. You can see on my picture.

I'm not selfish, so if you are materialistic or greedy, I'm not for you. Believe me.

I care for myself and will not fake anything - be it my words or my actions.

Importantly, I often engage in charity, it's really important these days.

I won't be impressed with material goods, so save it. I'm not here for that at all.

I find that most misunderstandings can be cleared with an apology and by listening.

I'm a good cook I have a pleasant personality and I generally get along with most people.

I'm nearing retirement and I would like to meet a brother to travel the country/world with permanently.

This won't take place right away because we really do need to get to know each other to hopefully marry- In'shallah.

I study Quran on-line, I don't attend a Masjid right now.

I am currently learning Korean/Hangul.

I'm a creative - I enjoy drawing, writing and painting.

I enjoy reading historical books and watching documentaries.

If you are not patience or have to force yourself to treat others kind, we won't even make a good basic match - in my opinion.
